RETURN POLICY
We hope that you will love your items, but if you have changed your mind for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods you can send them back to us.
Your rights to return goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances:
- Any products that have been personalised specifically for you
-If you have made a spelling mistake on your order and it has been sent for production.
Please send an email to ellabellakids@gmail.com within the 14 days to let us know about your return including your confirmation email for the full returns address. We ask for all items to be returned in their original packaging and must be sent by recorded signed for delivery (we recommended 2nd class) to our postal address and we will refund you for the original purchase price back to the original payment method (excluding the original postage that has been paid).
You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy.
On the rare occasion, some refunds may take longer than expected to process, however all refunds will be processed within 10 working days from the time of receiving your item(s).

SHIPPING POLICY
Our aim is to prepare and dispatched your order within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday - Friday). Personalised items have a turn around time of up to 10 days.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been shipped and you should expect to receive it in 1-2 working days if 1st class option is chosen and 3-5 working days if 2nd class option is chosen.
All items are sent via Royal Mail, signed for.
